Matthew Clubley
Founder & Director

Matthew is a singer-songwriter, producer, and the creative force behind Never Ending Fire. With decades of experience in music, both on stage and in the studio, he founded NEF Records to create a home where independent artists can share their work without compromise. Passionate about authentic song writing and supporting new talent, Matthew combines his creative background with his leadership of the label, shaping its vision and ensuring every release carries both quality and heart.

Lisa Alexander
A & R Director

With a lifelong passion for music and an extensive knowledge of songs across the decades, Lisa has an instinct for identifying material that connects with audiences. As A&R Director at NEF Records, she focuses on discovering new talent and recognizing songs with commercial potential. Lisa’s sharp ear and natural feel for timeless music help guide the label’s creative direction and ensure our releases resonate with listeners.​
